The G-Tech MT-5 -50˚C to 750˚C Infrared Thermometer is a non-contact IR thermometer. It has a range of -50°C to 750°C and a max resolution of 0.1°C. It can be used to measure temperature of objects in the field, as well as materials in storage and transit. This thermometer can be used for material testing, batch quality control, process monitoring and preventive maintenance. The MT-5 features an adjustable laser target pointer, an easy-to-read LCD display, and digital temperature readings in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. The thermometer comes with a convenient carrying case and the option of attaching a clip for easier storage. This allows the device to measure temperatures across a wide range of applications, including: engine and transmission oil temperature, combustion gas temperature, switchboard temperature, material surface temperature and much more. The accuracy of this product is ±1% at 25˚C (77˚F) and ±2% at temperatures outside of this range. The infrared thermometer cannot record temperatures below 0˚C or above 750˚C.
